Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are shipped locally from the U.S. to ensure faster and more reliable delivery.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after processing.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping method, and delivery address. Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Korean Beauty Bar is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@koreanbeautybar.com within 7 days of the delivery notice. We’ll work with the carrier to assist you as quickly as possible.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help resolve it promptly.
