RETURN POLICY

At Korean Beauty Bar, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it

  • You must provide proof of purchase or order number

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty and skincare products

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or discounted items (unless defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
